Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the products.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or visit any local post office to send the parcel back to our Christchurch distribution center.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
